Monitaly is a brand born from the eye and experience of Yuki Matsuda, who spent many years as a vintage dealer. It is built on a simple question: “What do I really want to wear right now?”

The name Monitaly is a portmanteau of Monica (Yuki’s daughter, representing love for his family), Italy (his deep admiration for Italian aesthetics), and Military, which he considers the foundation of purposeful design.
Military garments and bags are crafted for extreme utility—designed to function under the most demanding conditions. For Yuki, that level of rational design and structural intelligence is central to making good clothing.

At Monitaly, classic silhouettes like military jackets and workwear are reimagined with improved fits and superior fabrics, breathing new life into time-tested forms.
